About Lori

Lori's thriving background in wellness began in 2000 when she became a certified Pilates Instructor and founded perFORM Pilates. The allure of hypnotherapy as an alternative to medication was a perfect complement to her wellness practice and she became a Certified Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapist by National Guild of Hypnotists, The Atlanta Center for Behavioral Change, and American Council of Hypnotist Examiners.
